Winter Accessories

OK so since I’ve been in the winter spirit lately…I am on the prowl for some cute, new, chic winter accessories.
I went into Bejeweled (a cute accessories store in Brooklyn, NY). Now Bejeweled always has cute accessories year round, so I knew I’d find something. And luckily I did. Only thing is, I don’t know where my camera has gone so I’ll have to describe what it looks like.
What I bought: a cute floppy beret.
Color: Camel (beige-ish but darker)
What it kind of looks like…

Now my hat looks like the one on the right but it has the pom pom on top of it like the one on the left…it’s really cute. I just wish I knew where I put my camera =(
As for gloves, I have my same ones from last year (that I bought in a hurry from Rite Aid $2.99 for two pairs..so yeah it was mine in a heartbeat). But I really want something kind of like this:
I really like the fingerless deal mixed with the mitten. With a regular mitten, my hand would be kind of useless…I’ll have to take it out of the mitten to use my hand
In regards to scarves…I LOVE them! I’m a big scarf girl. I bought one in a street fair on 36th…it’s one of the silk Pashmina deals you see being sold for $5-$8. It’s soooo cute! Also, I love this one from Urban Outfitters:
Lastly, I celebrate everything with a new handbag (even passing a quiz..no joke). So, obviously, I want a new bag for winter. Now I have bought some bags recently (nothing expensive) but I just want my “official” bag (I haven’t really deceided on what official means) but it’s like my MAIN bag- THE bag you will see me carry around practically everyday this winter. And, I think I found it:
This is the Mixed Stitched Sweater Tote from Urban Outfitters. I love how half the bag looks and feels like a sweater. It works well with the warm, cozy feeling that I want for winter.
So, with the end of the semester and finals coming around, I’m pretty sure I’m either going to be celebrating my good grades or going through shop therapy for some of my note so good grades :-/
