Paris Hilton is mixing business with charity as she poses nude, wearing only a coat of glittering gold paint as she crawls across the parched desert, to launch an initiative to bring drinking water to drought-ravaged regions.

“It is important to give back if you have been as blessed as we have,” Hilton told the People magazine, adding that she is concerned about people in parts of the world who don’t have enough water. “A lot of people don’t realize that many people don’t even have running water in their homes.”
