Fashion trends for spring/summer 2007/2008

I am so excited to finally see some delightful new season fashion come through. The fabrics and cuts are just divine. The catwalks were bursting with new styles and fresh looks and I'm happy to say very flattering cuts suitable for us normal ladies not just the cellery shaped models.
Several themes are emerging this spring/summer and a few key outfits will easily update your wardobe.
Here is just a quick summary of the key features I have seen so far:Colours to look out for:
- melon pink and frost pink
- silver & grey
- black & white prints
- electric blue
- yellow
- satin
- fine cotton
- lurex
- lame
- bold & bright geometric prints
- abstract florals in bold colours
- prints in silver
- volume in skirts & dresses such as bubble & tulip style
- in skirts or dresses it's either the very short or the very long - my favourite maxi dresses are making a huge comeback this season
