Daily Dollfaces »

Very unflattering shot of Madonna. She hated the name “Madge” until her husband told her it was short for “your majesty” or your madgesty. Pip pip and cheerio!
Finally a glimple of Baby Harlow! I dig that name. I like the trend of old movie stars last names as first names. My favorite is Marilyn Monroe but I couldn’t very well name my daughter Monroe, too reminiscent of Jim JM Bullock as Monroe Ficus on Too Close for Comfort .

Here is your daily Gwyneth Paltrow Shoe Report. Today is a golden gladiator sandal which I like! Comfortable, flat and appropriate to walk in. This is the most I’ve seen of her all year. Because she has a movie to promote, she’s making herself highly visible. I’m on to you Paltrow!

You know what? I wouldn’t mind one bit looking like Gisele as I walked down the streets of New York.
This is why we wear sunscreen on our hands! Faye Dunaways splotchy hands haunt me in my dreams.
I just read that Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal are planing a bike tour of Tuscany. How romantic. Let’s get a bicycle built for three and I’ll join them!

Looks like Hilary Duff is climbing into a big rig. Why is such a little lady driving a big gas guzzler?
I love Claudia Schiffer’s outfit. I wish my hair was long and straight like hers.
I’m seeing Baby Mama this weekend, I can’t wait. I am working on a script right now which has two female leads…maybe for Amy and Tina?
No black? Maddox totally picked this daffodil yellow dress out for Angelina!

Amanda Bynes is cute and her darker locks look lovely but I can’t stop looking at her two long toes!

How To Match Eye Shadow With Your Eye Color »

Need an eyeshadow shade that looks cool with your eye color? Here’s help.

FOR BLUE EYES

1. Tried and True: taupe, gray, violet, purple, deep blue (a darker shade than your eye color makes your eyes really blue), black (mix it with bright blue for a smoky effect)

2. Funky Favorites: silver, turquoise, fuschia (brightens any shade of blue)

GREEN or HAZEL EYES

1. Tried and True: brown, apricot, purple, plum, deep khaki or forest green (because they are in the same greenish family, they brighten green eyes)

2. Funky Favorites: gold, glowing, lime-green, really light green, bright purple (super modern)

BROWN EYES

1. Tried and True: copper, bronze, champagne Uma Thurman (soft pink with a touch of apricot), brown (for a doe-eyed look), beige, and khaki-green (lighter shades add highlight)

2. Funky Favorites: tangerine, royal blue, hot pink, lime-green (the contrast adds punch to brown)

ALL EYES

1. Tried and True (Classic): navy or charcoal base to define and a powder-blue shadow for highlighting (it brightens your brow bone so any eye color pops)

2. Funky Favorites: silver-sparkle shadow makes all eyes look edgy.

Gisele Bundchen In DT Mag and Volkswagen Commercial »

Who can say that people are tired of Gisele Bundchen?

Since her introduction onto the fashion scene in the 1990s she has appeared in countless billboards and magazine covers, as well as numerous TV and print ads. Gisele is currently the face of more than 20 brands from different countries such as United States, Russia, Brazil, Italy, France, Mexico, Spain, Turkey, South Korea, Germany and Switzerland. She was also named as the world’s highest-paid model.

This month, Gisele will be on the cover of DT, a Spanish magazine. She will also work with Sylvester Stallone for a Volkswagen commercial which will be shot in Brazil.

It kind of makes me sad that so many people visit the blog, spend so much time on it, and never bother saying hi :( Just putting it out there.

New Product: Benefit - Posietint »

I was browsing through the Sephora website, when I came across this little gem…
Benefit’s new, limited edition, only at Sephora, Posietint ($28) is a poppy tinted version of the original Benetint. Benetint in PINK! Our prayers have been answered! Holy crap I can’t wait to get my hands on this… Thank God there’s that little “Email me when available” button. Excited? Or not so much?
